In the unlikely event that your Uccello Kettle is broken/faulty, you can return it by contacting Denise in our Customer Care Team. Once the issue is determined we will let you know if you should discard your kettle or post it back to us for investigation.

Should you be asked to post it back:

  • Denise will supply you with our address for you to send your return to.
  • Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item.
  • Once we receive the product and can confirm it is unused and not damaged, we will be able to issue you your refund.

 

Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement part or a full new kettle (depending on the problem) that same day.
