In the unlikely event that your kettle is broken or faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team here. You can also email them directly at customercare@uccellodesigns.com  and they will resolve this issue immediately.

When you contact our Customer Care Team, we would ask that you:

  1. Provide a description of the issue/fault.
  2. The receipt from purchase (in-store) or the order number if you purchased from our website (this will be in the ‘Order Confirmation’ email you received directly after you purchased on our website).
  3. The batch code/batch number of the kettle – you will find this on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel.

Our Customer Care Team will always aim to respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your email.
