When it comes to returning a broken/faulty Uccello Kettle within the warranty period (2-year warranty guarantee), we would ask that you email Denise in our Customer Care Team with:
- A description of the issue you are having.
- The receipt from purchase (in-store) or the order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)
- The batch code/batch number – you will find on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel.
- If possible, an image of the broken/faulty kettle.
- Denise will let you know if you need to return the kettle or can discard it.
Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item.
Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement part or a full new kettle (depending on the problem) that same day.
