When it comes to returning a damaged/faulty Liquid Level Indicator within the warranty period we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team with:
- A description of the issue you are having.
- The receipt from purchase (in store) or order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com).
- If possible, an image of the of the damaged/faulty Liquid Level Indicator.
Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the Liquid Level Indicator.
Our Customer Care Team will then send out a new Liquid Level Indicator (depending on the problem) that same day.
