When it comes to returning a broken/faulty Muggi Cup Holder within its warranty period (88 years warranty guarantee) we would ask that you email Denise in our customer care team (customercare@uccellodesigns.com ) with:

  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • The receipt from purchase (in store) or order number if you bought it from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)
  • If possible, an image of the of the broken/faulty Muggi.

Denise will supply you with our address for you to send your return to. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item.

Once we receive the product and can confirm it is unused and not damaged, we will be able to issue you your refund.
