When it comes to returning a broken/faulty product within its warranty period we would ask that you email Denise in our Customer Care Team with:
- A description of the issue you are having with the product.
- The receipt from purchase (in-store) or order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com)
*If you are returning a broken/faulty kettle* The batch code/batch number – you will find on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel
- If possible, an image of the of the broken/faulty product.
Denise will supply you with our address for you to send your return to. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item. Once we receive the product and can confirm it is unused and not damaged, we will be able to issue you your refund.
