When it comes to returning a damaged/faulty Uccello Grip Mat within the warranty period we would ask that you email Denise in our Customer Care Team with:
- A description of the issue you are having.
- The receipt from purchase (in-store) or order number if you bought from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com).
- If possible, an image of the of the damaged/faulty Grip Mat.
Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the item. Once received, our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement part or a new Grip Mat (depending on the problem) that same day.
